Dermatologist

I not only studied human medicine, but also biomedicine and biotechnology. During my medical studies at the Medical University and a number of clinical internships in Austria, but also in neighboring and distant countries (Technical University of Munich, University of Valencia, University of Sydney), the focus of dermatology crystallized for me. I was initially fascinated by oncology and immunology, but then I chose dermatology because this subject is very broad and combines conservative and surgical therapeutic approaches.

I completed my specialist training at the Hietzing Hospital. But I also got a taste of the out-patient practice area during my specialist training. In addition to my specialist training in Austria, I also passed the renowned European specialist examination from UEMS. But medicine also fascinates me in other aspects. That's why I became a certified emergency doctor and am currently undergoing further training to become an occupational medicine doctor.

I continue to educate myself, which is extremely important to me. This is the only way I can offer my patients the latest medical approaches, therapy options and findings in my daily work. In addition to general dermatology and dermatosurgery, my focus as a dermatologist is primarily on the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer, venous diseases and inflammatory skin diseases such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis and acne inversa.
