Our practice exemplifies the interdisciplinary cooperation between a team of dermatologists and podiatrists as foot ailments can be coordinated between our team members. Treatment involving medication can be initiated by the doctor, lasers can be used against nail fungus by the dermatologist and comprehensive foot care can be carried out regularly by a podiatrist.

Standard available treatments include nail cutting, removal of calluses, thickened nails, and corns, as well as the treatment of pressure sores, nail bed calluses, and rhagades (cracks in the skin). Dry skin on the foot is moisturised and a light foot and leg massage ensures well-being. We pay particular attention to circulatory problems and diabetes.

Our offer also includes 3TO nail braces for the treatment of ingrown and involuted toenails. This gentle way of regulating nail malformations helps the nails to grow naturally and healthy. 3TO braces regulate the natural growth of the nail. In the case of nail fungus, the diseased area of the nail is removed, and the nail fungus can be treated using a laser, gently and without side effects. The laser beam penetrates the nail bed and effectively treats the nail plate and the nail growth zone. With this innovative laser treatment that is available in our practice, there is no healing time required, so socks and shoes can be worn immediately after treatment.

We offer nail prosthetics for brittle, torn and thin nails as well as missing or deformed nail plates. Nail prosthetics are the artificial nail replacement of the nail plate. The result is a cosmetically flawless nail that grows as normal and can be filed, cared for and painted like a natural nail.

Hygiene is a particularly important issue in foot care. All instruments are mechanically cleaned in an ultrasonic bath and sterilized in a steam sterilizer (autoclave) at high pressure and high temperatures. The instruments are shrink-wrapped in sets or individually. The entire process is electronically monitored and documented to rule out system failure in the instrument preparation process. This is the only way to ensure that pathogenic bacteria, viruses, and fungi that cause warts, hepatitis, athlete's foot for example, are not transmitted from patient to patient.

All employees in our team have completed a two-year apprenticeship in foot care and dual training in cosmetics. Our colleagues have gained a lot of experience in their careers. It is also important to us to recommend the right care for you at home. For this we have selected special foam creams that are pleasant to apply and absorb quickly. Stockings (including compression stockings) can be put on again immediately after use. We have special products for dry and sensitive skin, chapped skin, calluses and cracks, athlete's foot, sweaty feet, diabetic feet and much more.
